We have a range of shifts available in both public and private hospitals, as well as in nursing homes and in private homes.
We actively encourage second year and above nursing students to gain industry experience through joining our agency. Our program allows for aspiring nurses to gain insight into the world of healthcare working in a supportive environment in which they can grow and learn from knowledgeable professionals.
If you would like to work with us, all you need to do is register with the agency and provide us with your availability and we will find you the shifts to suit you.

Nursing Requirements
Becoming a nurse is one of the most rewarding and fulfilling paths someone can take, but the registering process can be intimidating.
At Allied Medistaff Nursing Service, we make this process as easy and straightforward for you as possible. In order to work as a nurse we have a few requirements that you must meet and have ready for your interview.
Proof documents to bring to an interview:
- 100 points of personal ID
- 2 passport sized photos
- Evidence of right to work in Australia with a valid visa
- Current Registration for all Registered Nurses and Enrolled Nurses
- National Police check or NDIS workers clearance
- WWCC clearance (employment clearance)
- Qualifications and/or evidence of student enrolment
- Previous clinical experience
- Current First Aid Certificate and mandatory training certificates
- Full NSW Vaccination record including Flu and Covid 19
- Statutory declaration for all overseas born applicants
- Tax file number and superannuation membership number
- Bank account details1st
- Personal resume with 2 nursing references
